Admission Procedure

Il. MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION AND EXAMINATION : ENGLISH

Il. PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENT FOR ADMISSION OF B.A. & B.COM 1 st Semester

Admission to B.A. and B.Com 1* Semester is allowed by the principal during the period notified by the college. The admission remains provisional till the university issues the confirmation of admission and registration of students.

Duly filled-in forms with attested copies of certificates and mark sheets are to be submitted the office on or before the dates notified by the college. The application will not be accepted after the submission last date is over.

One should read carefully the prospectus before filling up admission form and follow the instructions given by the College. No proxy admission is allowed for any course.

IV. ELEGIBLITY

1.Admission is granted strictly on merit, subject to availability.

2. A minimum of 40% marks is required for admission.

For Admission, the duly filled-in application Form must be accompanied by the following documents

  • (a) Attested copy of the Secondary Board Certificate & mark sheet (Class - X).
  • (b) Attested copy of Secondary Board Certificate & mark sheet (Class — XII).
  • (c) Original copy of School Leaving Certificate TC/Transfer certificate) from last Institution.
  • (d) Attested copy of Character Certificate issued from last Institution.
  • (e) Original Gap Certificate in the form of Affidavit if there gap in studies.
  • (f) Attested Caste/Tribe Certificate.
  • (g) Original Migration Certificate (For those who are not of CBSC).
  • (h) Original CBSC Migration Certificate for students coming from other states.
  • V. IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH REGARD TO ADMISSION
  • 1. Issue of prospectus & forms for the new admission will be comes in as per ARGU from ......
  • 2. Forms will be issued, in first preference is given to the Students who have secured a minimum of - 50% marks in Class XII.
  • 3. Duly filled-in application forms are to be submmited to the office on the date specified on the form.
  • . VI. ADMISSION TO UPPER LEVEL SEMESTERS: B.A. (3 & 5" Sem.) Documents Required
  • a) Attested copy of mark sheets of previous exams passed
  • b) Attested copy of University Registration card
  • c) One copy of recent passport size photo
  • To be Noted:-

    Any students failing in of the Semester will have to repeat the same Semester.

    VII. IMPORTANT DATE TO BE NOTED
  • . Admission for B.A and B.Com will be started from 1 to 5 August 2022 and Admission will be start with late fine (8-10 ) August.
